Joining the club couldn’t be easier. Please email secretary@eaglecanoeclub.co.uk who can send you membership forms for you to print, fill in, sign and bring along with your membership fee on an enrolment night (the first Wednesday of the month from April until membership is full).
New members enrol on the first Wednesday of the month throughout the spring and summer. We suggest that those looking to enrol arrive at about 7pm, as this gives us time to get existing members organised and on the water.
Generally new members don’t paddle on the night of enrolment, but will join the “induction group” the following week. The Induction group runs for 4 weeks and will give you the basic skills to be able to paddle a canoe, kayak and stand up paddle board (SUP). You’ll also find out about how the club operates. You will join the main skill group sessions the following month.

If you’re not sure that you’re ready to join, why not come along to a Taster session? These are held on the Monday prior to enrolment night throughout the summer months. To find out when the next one is taking place have a look at the club calendar.
To book a place, please email secretary@eaglecanoeclub.co.uk. There is a small charge of £10 per adult and £5 per child for these sessions.
